Coinbase launches Coinbase Earn to reward users for learning about crypto

Following its $100M acquisition of Earn.com, Coinbase announced that it is launching Coinbase Earn a new service to educate its users about crypto. Coinbase Earn is an educational platform where users can earn cryptocurrencies while learning about them. According to Coinbase, on Coinbase Earn users can "learn about an asset's utility and its underlying technology" and earn "a bit" of the asset for free.

Coinbase Earn will initially launch in an invite-only mode with ZRX, the native token of the 0x protocol. Users can visit Coinbase Earn's ZRX page to complete education tasks like video lessons and quizzes to earn some ZRX. Over time, Coinbase states that it plans to "add more educational content and the ability to earn other cryptocurrencies."
